3RD Whitstable (All SAINTS AREA)

The 3rd Whitstable (All Saints) Scout Group meet near to the town centre of Whitstable and provide Scouting for all young people aged from 6 years old to 14 years old.

The aim of Scouting is to give young people the opportunity through a progressive programme to have fun, adventure and challenge and to help them become self-reliant caring and responsible members of their community.

Currently the Group has

A Beaver Scout Colony for 6-8 year olds meeting on Tuesdays.

A Cub Scout Pack for 8-10 year olds meeting on Tuesdays.

A Scout Troop for 10-14 year olds meeting on Fridays.

Fundraising

The Group collects newspapers, mobile phones and ink cartridges for recycling to raise funds. Postage stamps are also collected for the Guide Dogs for the Blind charity.
