The 16th Canterbury Scout Group meet in the city centre of Canterbury and provide Scouting for all young people aged from 6 years old to 14 years old.

The aim of Scouting is to give young people the opportunity through a progressive programme to have fun, adventure and challenge and to help them become self-reliant caring and responsible members of their community.

Currently the Group has

A Beaver Scout Colony for 6-8 year olds meeting on Thursdays.

A Cub Scout Pack for 8-10 year olds meeting on Thursdays.

A Scout Troop for 10-14 year olds meeting on Thursdays.
